Before shipping, be sure to package your product properly. The safest way to ship your items is to place them in a suitable box with protective materials like bubble wrap or foam.

How much is the shipping fee if I need a return or service?

If you would like to return a product, you can send it back to us free of charge using the shipping code we will provide you.

Shipping costs for services under warranty will still be free.

When will the refund be made?

Depending on banks' processes and practices, it can take up to three days on average for refunds to be reflected on credit and debit cards. The cost of the returned product will be reflected as a positive balance in your account. If you paid for the item with your order, the shipping fee will also be credited along with the refund.
