With our distinctive Free Maintenance Service, we inspect, clean and return your Ventoso brand blow dryers to our Central Service Station, regardless of when the product was purchased and without requesting any documentation.

For maintenance and product malfunction requests, please follow the steps below to send us your product. Our Happy Customer Line will get back to you as soon as possible.

HOW CAN YOU SEND YOUR PRODUCT FOR MAINTENANCE, TECHNICAL SERVICE OR RECYCLING?

PACKAGE YOUR PRODUCT

Write your contact information and the machine's malfunction, if any, on a piece of paper and place it inside the package.

DELIVER TO CARGO

Deliver your package to your nearest Sürat Cargo branch free of charge using our agreement code 1438998225.

CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE PROCESS

We'll first inform you about the product being serviced and cleaned. If any additional work is required after the inspection, which is not covered by the warranty, we'll proceed with your approval.

RECEIVE THE PRODUCT

Let us send the product back to you after the technical service process is completed.
